    Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst – Hauppauge, NY


    The primary responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst will be to identify, analyze, and report on key performance indicators across our marketing and sales functions. This position will report to our Director of Sales Operations.


    • Translate data into reporting, insights, and solutions that enhance sales and marketing performance.
    • Work with technical teams to improve data management and data quality.
    • Perform data-driven analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Present your insights and recommendations to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely.
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies as needed to further optimize sales and marketing performance.
    • Inform and help develop ongoing sales and marketing process enhancements, including CRM enhancements via that improve productivity and efficiency.


    • Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business-related field.
    • Experience applying data insights in support of business decision-making and strategy.
    • High level of comfort with configuration and reporting.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization.
    • Entrepreneurial approach; comfortable with limited direction.
    • Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for learning new technology and tools.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience in Statistical Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling or Big Data Analytics.
    • Experience with data programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.
    • Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Cognos, etc.
