    Summary:

     

    As an Administrative Service Representative with SmartSource, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the operations and sales teams and manage a busy reception area.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage busy front office with incoming phone calls from clients and internal staff.
    • Provide customer service to clients by addressing clients’ needs or forwarding calls to the appropriate person.
    • Lead our company-wide post event labor billing analysis process.
    • Process sales orders and manage labor purchase orders in ERP system.
    • Provide administrative and clerical support for both the sales and operations departments.
    • Process credit card authorizations from clients.
    • Generate custom client reports using MS Excel.
    • File contracts and paperwork.
    • Manage and purchase office supplies as required.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years administrative experience
    • Computer competency and proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent phone and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Willingness and ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com contact management software a plus.
