    The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for reviewing upcoming orders and ensuring the Las Vegas branch has the assets necessary to fulfill upcoming demands.   The Logistics Coordinator works closely with the Asset Management team in the Corporate office on the planning of asset movements into the Las Vegas branch.  The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for requesting equipment from other branches nationwide, as well as responding to equipment requests from the other branches, and scheduling transfers of such equipment.


    • Work closely with the Las Vegas management team on planning and execution of upcoming jobs.
    • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on inventory management and accuracy.
    • Communicate clearly with sales team on equipment availability and allocation for upcoming orders.
    • Work with Asset Management on equipment planning for upcoming orders.
    • Run daily reports to identify equipment shortages and confirm inbound equipment.
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment allocation for large projects.
    • Schedule equipment allocation/transfers to other branches on shipping calendar.
    • Manage inbound/outbound sub-rental equipment.  Ensure accuracy when receiving and returning to vendor.
    • Review Rental Agreements for equipment accuracy.
    • Ensure accurate and timely receiving of purchase orders.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.


    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control and/or asset allocation.
    • Must have strong multitasking skills.
    • Must be highly organized.
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.
    • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance and take it to the next level.
