Summary:

 

This candidate will support a Hunter sales team in our trade show sales group. The position will have frequent customer interaction as a key point of contact and will assist our Hunter sales team in quoting and processing sales orders while the Hunter team is out of the office selling.

Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare quotes and revisions
  • Enter orders into our order software
  • Check product availability
  • Coordinate sub-rentals with our Sub-Rental Desk
  • Manage client contacts and immediate quote needs
  • Coordinate activities with Hunter Account Executives

 

Support Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as a key point of contact for our Hunter team for their clients
  • Provide clients with immediate response times
  • Establish a partner relationship with clients so we are considered as a member of their team
  • Work with branches in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Bill clients and reconcile invoices
  • Keep Hunter sales team up to speed on all client expectations and needs

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Trade Shows, convention planning or working with an exhibit builder
  • Ability to read floor plans, electrical and utility plans
  • Knowledge of show service orders
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance and take it to the next level.
